Meet Dawn McCloskey

Dawn McCloskey is an experienced leader, administrator, communicator, and surgical team member.
Dawn has more than 20 years of experience in the surgical profession and has been with San Diego Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists since 2015. She is dedicated to excellence and takes pride in delivering the highest standard of patient care and service.
As Practice Manager, Dawn is committed to fostering a professional, supportive environment that enhances the overall patient experience. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she also works in the operating room as a surgical technician, assisting Dr. Dent.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and holds certifications as a National Surgical Technologist, Medical Assistant, and Otolaryngology Practice Manager. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys floating in her pool, hiking, and attending Padres baseball games with family and friends.
